No. AnatolyFit is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition.

What does the quiz ask?

Your sex, training experience, main goal, how many days and where you train, any extra equipment, whether you focus on strength or muscle growth, your date of birth, height, weight, daily activity, dietary restrictions and eating style. We don’t ask about injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy, and we don’t take body photos.

Do I get a personal coach?

No. There is no live personal coach or coach chat. Your plan is built automatically by our own algorithm, based on Mr. Anatoly’s method. If you have a question, our support team answers by email.

Can I train at home? What equipment do I need?

Yes, you choose gym or home in the quiz. A gym plan uses the equipment of a typical gym. A home plan needs only dumbbells, a resistance band and a box. You can add your own equipment on top, and a pull-up bar at home is optional.

Yes. Men and women have separate programs, both for the gym and for home.

How many days a week do I train?

3, 4 or 5 days, you choose. Five is the maximum, because rest is part of the plan. You can change the number of days in the settings.

How long is a workout?

It depends on the day. Each workout shows its number of exercises and an estimated time before you start. Every training day begins with a 5-minute video warm-up, which you can skip.

Can I swap an exercise?

Yes. You can swap an exercise for another one that trains the same thing, for example on different equipment. The swap applies to that day only. You can’t add your own exercises or change the order.

It’s marked as missed and stays available, so you can do it later. You can also train on a rest day or swap a training day with a rest day.

Short workouts you can do on any day, for example when you have no time for the full session. There are 5 Full Body and 5 Abs & Core workouts for men and for women, about 23 minutes each. They are separate from your plan.

Yes, in the app settings. Your plan is rebuilt with the new settings and your past workouts are kept. Gym and Home are two separate programs, each with its own week and level, and you can switch between them.

How are my calories set?

From your sex, age, height, weight, daily activity and goal. Your goal also sets how much protein, carbs and fat you get, so you don’t need to pick a diet type.

Take a photo of your plate and the app gives an estimate of its calories and macros. It’s an estimate, not an exact measurement. The photo itself is deleted after 2 days, and the logged meal stays in your diary.

How do I pay?

In the app you pay with your App Store or Google Play account. On anatolyfit.com you pay at our checkout, processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. One subscription works in both places: if you paid on the website, just log in to the app with the same account.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Your plan renews for the same length at the same price on the day the paid period ends, until you cancel. Before you buy, the payment page shows the amount, how often you’ll be charged and how to turn renewal off.

You can cancel at any time, free of charge, where you bought it: Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. My subscription renewed but I forgot to cancel. What can I do?

Email support@anatolyfit.com within 72 hours of the renewal charge. If you haven’t used the app since it renewed, we may refund it as a goodwill gesture. We look at each request individually.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you follow the program for a year and don’t reach your goal, you can get back what you paid for the annual Lifechanger plan. It applies to the first annual plan bought on our website or in Google Play. App Store purchases are refunded only by Apple, so the guarantee doesn’t cover them. To qualify, the app’s own data must show that you: used AnatolyFit for at least 9 months in a row of the 12 trained on average at least 3 times a week completed at least 70% of your workouts and logged all meals within 5% of your calorie target on at least 70% of days asked for the refund within 7 days after the 12-month period ends, by email to support@anatolyfit.com. No body photos are needed, and we reply within 30 business days

Can I switch to another plan?

Yes. If you subscribed on the website, change the plan in your account: what’s left of the current plan is credited against the new one, and you pay the difference right away. If you subscribed in the app, change it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Will my price go up?

If you subscribed on the website, your price stays the same for as long as your subscription renews without a break. If a price ever changes, we tell you at least 14 days in advance so you can cancel. Prices in the App Store and Google Play follow the store’s rules.

My payment failed. Will I lose access?

Not straight away. For a website subscription we retry the payment for 7 days and you keep access in the meantime. In the App Store and Google Play, the store retries under its own rules.

I subscribed on the website. Do I pay again in the app?

No. Log in to the app with the same account. The app shows your subscription status, and you manage it (change the plan or cancel) in your account on the website.

I was charged twice. What do I do?

The app closes until you subscribe again, and Apple Health or Health Connect sync stops. Your history is kept for 1 year after your last payment, so if you come back within a year, your progress is still there.

Your account closes immediately: your data is removed from our systems right away and from backups within 7 days. A subscription bought on our website is cancelled automatically. An App Store or Google Play subscription is not, so cancel it in your store settings. Deleting your account doesn’t refund a payment.

Weight, body fat, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, active calories and minutes, steps and workouts. Syncing is optional: we read this data only with your separate permission, and we don’t write anything back. Without it the app works the same, based on your quiz answers.
